How do I pay?
Every order is placed in our Etsy shop. Tap “Buy on Etsy” on any product to check out securely with a credit or debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Etsy gift cards.
How long does shipping to the USA take?
Every plush is handmade in Vietnam and shipped with tracking. Typical delivery to the USA is 10–20 business days after the item ships. PDF patterns are instant downloads.
When do I get my PDF pattern?
Right after payment. Etsy shows a download link on the order confirmation page and emails it to you. You can download it again anytime from Purchases in your Etsy account.
What skill level are your crochet patterns?
Our amigurumi patterns are written step by step with photos, so confident beginners can follow along. Each listing describes the stitches and materials you need.
Can you make a custom crochet plush?
Yes! Send us a photo and a few details (size, colors, deadline) through the contact page and we will reply with a quote. Custom orders are made just for you, so they can’t be returned.
Are your plushies safe for children?
Our plushies are made with soft yarn and hypoallergenic filling. Some designs include small parts such as safety eyes, so they are best for display or for children over 3.
How do I care for my crochet plush?
Spot clean, or hand wash gently in cool water (max 30°C / 86°F) and dry flat. Do not tumble dry.
